1. Terms and definitions
1.1 Online store (the Website) is the Seller's trading platform located on the Internet at www.sun-hill.art/forge, where goods are sold remotely.
1.2. The Order - a duly executed request from the Buyer to the Seller for the conclusion of a distance contract for the retail sale of goods.
1.3 The Seller – "Sun Hill Forge" Artjoms Burcevs, legal address: Imanta 6-11, Zilaiskalns, LV-4222, Latvia.
1.4 The Buyer (the Customer) - a visitor of the Website, who placed an Order in the Online store.
1.5. The Goods - goods presented for sale in the Website.
1.6. Delivery Service - a third party that provides services for the delivery of orders to customers.
1.7. Promotion - a limited in duration event aiming at increasing sales, attracting of customers attention to products, carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Website.
2. General conditions
2.1. In accordance with the First and Second Paragraphs of Section 10 of The Consumer Right Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, a Civil legal agreement or Distance Agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Customer, placing the Order in the Online store.
2.3. The Seller sells the Products through the Online Store to any Buyer who places an Order on the terms of this contract.
2.4. This contract comes into force and is considered to be accepted by the Buyer from the moment of placing the Order on the Website (using the Order form of the Website).
2.5 The contract of retail sale is considered to be concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer the payment document confirming payment for the goods.
2.6. The prices of goods are shown in Euro. The delivery price is included in the item price only for the orders with the delivery within the territory of Latvian Republic. Delivery prices for worldwide shipping are listed in the section "Shipping and return" and in the Ordering Form.
3. Placing the Order
3.1. An Order can be placed by the Customer through the Ordering Form of the Website, providing correct information about himself: name, email address, delivery address, phone number.
3.2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Customer when placing the Order.
3.3. After placing the Order, the Customer is provided with information about the expected date of shipment of the Order. The indicated date depends on the availability of the ordered goods at the Seller's warehouse, time required to process the Order and the rules of the delivery service. The Buyer is notified about he expected date of shipment of the Order to the Delivery Service by e-mail. If the Customer disagrees with the planned delivery date, the Customer must notify the Seller about the cancellation of the Order.
3.4. If the Goods ordered by the Customer are not available, the Order in relation to these Goods is canceled and the Buyer is notified about it by means of e-mail to the e-mail address, specified by the Customer in the Ordering Form.
3.5. The Seller has the right to cancel the Customer's Orders if there is a reason to believe that the Customer does not intend to make a purchase of the Goods or provided inaccurate information (the Customer has already placed other Orders, the Customer refused to receive the Goods for reasons not related to the presence of defects in the Goods or the Customer did not answer calls and e-mails of The Seller and the Delivery Service).
3.6. The Seller has the right to cancel the Customer's Orders if the Order is not paid by the Customer within 7 business days.
4.1. Methods and prices for delivery of Goods are indicated on the Website section "Delivery and return". The Seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Delivery service.
4.2. The Order is shipped within 7 business days after receipt of payment.
5. Return of the Goods and refund
5.1. Return of the Goods sold by the Seller is carried out in accordance with the following conditions of return.
5.2. The Buyer has the rights to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date receipt of the goods by sending them to the address: Imanta 6-11, Zilaiskalns LV-4222, Latvia.
5.3. Shipping cost is not refundable. Items must be returned in perfect condition, making sure all products are exactly as the Customer received them. When returning the goods, the Customer shall cover all costs related to the return of the Goods.
5.4. The application for Refusal of Goods will be sent to the e-mail address, indicated by the Customer. The application for refusal of goods has to be filled in by the Customer and sent to the e-mail: email@example.com within 7 days of the refusal reciept.
5.4. If the Buyer has complied with all the provisions relating to the return of the goods, then within 7 working days after the arrival of the returned order the Customer will receive the value of the goods to the Customer's bank account.
5.5. In case of a defective product or a mismatched item, all expenses related to the return of the goods and shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer.
6.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods purchased in the Online store.
6.2. In case of defective product, the Seller is obliged to refund to the Customer the value of the Goods, shipping and return costs.
6.3. Photos and prices in the Online store are informative and can be changed without warning. Due to hand work of the Goods supplied, their appearance may be slightly different from the one shown at the photos.
6.4. Promotional items are subject to an extended shipping time up to 14 calendar days.
7. Personal data protection
7.1. The personal data of the Buyer is processed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. When placing an Order through the Website, the Customer provides the following information: Name, Surname, phone number, email address, delivery address of the Goods with the postal code.
7.3. By submitting their personal data to the Seller, the Buyer agrees to their processing by the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling the Seller's obligations to the Buyer limited by this Contract.
8. Additional conditions
8.1. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of laws of the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. The Online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to The Online store developing work or for any other technical reasons.
8.3. In case of questions and complaints from the Buyer, he can contact the Seller by the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer and the Seller will try to resolve all disputes through negotiations, if the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
8.4. The recognition of the invalidity of any provision of this Contract by the court does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
8.5. The Seller has the rights to change and supplement conditions of the Contract. The changes come into force from the date of their publication on the Website and relate to Orders for Goods made after publication of the changes.
